Angel J. Silvestrini is a fully bilingual Latino attorney with over 18 years of legal experience. He is one of a very small group of lawyers who is licensed to practice law in California, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Florida, Texas, and Puerto Rico. He is also licensed in New York, Massachusetts and Florida Federal Courts. As the head of litigation for our firm, he oversees his team of Puerto Rico attorneys, and he personally assists clients in California, New York, Massachusetts, Florida, Texas, Connecticut and Puerto Rico. He practices regularly in Spanish and English-speaking courts.

Attorney Silvestrini has dedicated his career to empowering the Latin-American community in the United States. He founded Boricua Legal, with the purpose of founding a U.S. based law firm solely focused on the legal needs of Latinos and Latinas in the United States. Boricua Legal is a decentralized, multi-state law hub, with Spanish speaking attorneys assisting clients in Puerto Rico, Massachusetts, New York, California and Florida, He represents businesses and individuals with their legal needs. Some of the areas he represents clients are in business law disputes, Divorce and Child Custody issues as well as Probate and Personal Injury.

As one of the founding members of the law firm, Attorney Silvestrini, prioritizes getting to know his clients on a very basic human level. He listens to their perspective, their issues and their needs in order to better serve them. He values their experiences and he strives to make their representation a collaborative effort, where both lawyer and client work towards the same goal. Together with creativity, professionalism and tenacity are the bedrock of his approach and what makes him different from other attorneys.

Attorney Silvestrini is currently on the Board of Techqueria, a national non-profit focused on Latinos and Latinas in technology. He is also on the board of directors of Innovation Studios in Boston, which is a non-profit focused on assisting entrepreneurs of underrepresented groups in Boston. In the past, he was a frequent collaborator and on-air expert for Telemundo (Nacional) speaking on legal issues of interest to the Hispanic community in the United States. He is a proud father of 2 daughters and in his spare time he enjoys playing sports and being outdoors. He lives in the Greater Boston area and travels frequently to the other states we serve.
